Why is there a payment deadline?

To best ensure that our jackets are affordable and fit within the financial means of most families, we typically give students 5 business days from the time of their fitting to pay for their order. We give a deadline so that students can order their jackets/patches as part of a group and omit individual shipping costs or additional sew on fees.

If a student would like to pay for their jacket within a 48 hour grace period of the deadline, please call our office or email us at [e-mail] and we may be able to accommodate. 

If a student is two or more plus days past their payment deadline there may be a $25 single order fee plus an $18 individual shipping fee added to the order. This does not apply to jackets purchased and awarded by the school. In this case a jacket will be ordered with no extras or customization. The jacket order must be ordered as the school is purchasing the jacket and additional customization can be purchased when the jacket is received.
